MAKE IT SAFE VANCOUVER 2026 GIVEAWAY

The giveaway is sponsored by VMA Wellness Consulting Inc., referred to in these rules as “VMA Wellness.”
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to registered attendees of Make It Safe Vancouver 2026 who have reached the age of majority in British Columbia.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of VMA Wellness are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on October 7, 2026, at 7:00am Pacific Time and closes on October 7, 2026, at 5:00pm Pacific Time.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Complete and submit the official giveaway form during the giveaway period.
Limit of one entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.
Prizes
PRIZE 1: SERENITY STATION EXPERIENCE
One Serenity Station experience for up to five members of the winner’s team, including immersive VR mindfulness and aromatherapy.
The experience must take place at a mutually agreed location in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam or Port Moody.
Approximate retail value: CAD $1.800.
The experience must be redeemed by Nov 30 2026 . Transportation, venue costs and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE 2: CURATED WELLNESS GIFT BASKET
One curated wellness gift basket containing coffee, a candle, essential oil and other wellness products.
Approximate retail value: CAD $50.
The specific products may vary depending on availability.
Winner Selection
Two potential winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The draw will take place on October 7 at 5:30pm Pacific Time.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each selected entrant is eligible to win one prize only.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.
Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours and correctly answer a skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required period, does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, another entrant may be selected.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
VMA Wellness reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Personal Information
Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and award the prizes.
Marketing communications will only be sent to entrants who provide separate consent to receive them.
Personal information will be handled according to the VMA Wellness Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of VMA Wellness.
VMA Wellness reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its proper administration.
